I am in you to help you through life, My children.  Do not worry and fret your ways through life anymore.  Practice calming yourselves down in prayer.  Calm yourselves by quieting your thought-lives.  Calm yourselves by recognizing that I am truly the Prince of Peace and; therefore, it should not be a surprise to you that I want you to practice being at peace within yourselves so that you will not be so distracted with thinking that you cannot discern My still small voice within you.  It is enough.
